1. Use of Service
MyTripBuddy provides tools for planning, managing, and enhancing travel experiences. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. You must not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, the server on which the service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the service. You must not attack the service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By using MyTripBuddy, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Account Registration
To access the features of MyTripBuddy, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. We actively monitor accounts for suspicious activity and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorised them. You must not use another person's account without their permission. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
3. Subscription and Billing
Premium features are available through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. This service is provided by Stripe. No payment details are stored on our servers. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account, including any applicable taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping it up to date.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on MyTripBuddy are the property of MyTripBuddy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the service without prior written consent. You may not use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written permission. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided by MyTripBuddy. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by MyTripBuddy and its licensors.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using MyTripBuddy. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion. By using MyTripBuddy, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others and to comply with all applicable laws regarding user-generated content. We will not use your content for any purpose other than to provide and improve the service, and we will not share your content with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, and you will lose access to any content associated with your account. We may also terminate or suspend access to the service for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms or if we cease to provide the service. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of your account or access to the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyTripBuddy is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages resulting from your use of the service. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Whilst we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, we cannot guarantee the availability of the service at all times. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily interrupt access to the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect your access to the service. We are not responsible for any third-party content or services linked to or from the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through a notice on the service. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service immediately. Your continued use of the service after any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
